4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation policies vary by rate and offer and are shown at the time of booking. Unless a rate is marked non-refundable, cancellations made within the stated window are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. No-shows may be charged the full stay amount.
5. Gaming Hall Conduct
Use of the gaming hall is subject to applicable gaming regulations and house rules posted on-site. We reserve the right to remove or restrict any guest from the gaming hall for conduct that violates house rules, applicable law, or poses a risk to other guests or staff.
